PCC is a FRIA Approved Field!
This means that members are not required to have remote ID modules on their aircrafts while at Richardson Field. You can fly freely under or at 400 Feet Maximum AGL from the Runway within the permitted Field Boundaries airspace as seen below. You can not fly 400 Feet above the East side hill.
Flight Proficiency A-E
The PCC offers a voluntary Flight Proficiency Program which encourages members to improve their overall flying ability.
There are five proficiency levels: A through E. After successful examination at each level, you will receive a certificate and an emblem.
For more information, look at these seven files, then contact a club officer.
